The staff were very friendly, informative and provided a very good service. The rooms are comfortable, the area is convenient for tourists and business travellers however the breakfast is great, much better than most hotels in this price range.

The room was well decorated and well-kept with a comfortable bed and three beds. the hotel is centrally located near London Bridge, the South Bank theatres, and the Underground tube station. the restaurant and restaurant staff were excellent.

Great value hotel in a stunning position close to shops and cafes. Nice hot breakfast with the gluten free bread, outstanding food, and incredibly attentive staff. Location next to attractions such as London Eye, Londodon Dungeons, Shrek and Madam Tussaud's, London Bridge underground / Train Station, and Close to Tower of London.

The staff at Premier Inn London Tower Bridge went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We mentioned it was our daughter's birthday, and they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and helium balloons in her room. The gesture was unexpected and truly appreciated. The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring London, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of eateries nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. the hotel is situated in a lovely area, just near the Tower Bridge, which made exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were large and kept spotlessly clean, with excellent mattresses that provided a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that any requests were handled promptly. Moreover, I really appreciated the inclusion of gluten-free bread for breakfast, as it is often difficult to find such accommodations.

One small area for improvement would be the free Wi-Fi connection, which was very poor.
